Mata Hari by Zoya is a gorgeous shimmery burgundy with a fantastic formula. It practically painted itself onto my nails and was perfect in two coats. It feels rather chic and grown up to me, if that makes sense and I can't figure out why I waited so long to try it. Love it! x
